• Crate free (think slumber party style) overnight boarding for dogs who we are familiar with

• Due to the delicate social balance of a dog pack, our cage free boarding is an exclusive service that we only offer to dogs who we are familiar with and who are very comfortable at Tail Waggerz.

• Enrolled in Daycare
• Up to date vaccines & documentation:
    – Bordetella (Kennel Cough)
    – Leptospirosis
    – Distemper/Parvo (often listed as a variation of DAPP2, DHPP, or C4)
    – Rabies Certificate
    – Dog License
• WE MUST KNOW YOUR DOG! YOUR DOG MUST BE COMFORTABLE AND FAMILIAR WITH OUR DAYCARE GUESTS, STAFF AND ROUTINES!
• For new customers: eligibility is determined based on your weekly attendance and your dog’s comfort level here. Please note that determination of your dog’s eligibility to board may take 3 weeks or more of regular and consistent daycare.

• Off-peak – $100/night per dog
• Peak – $115/night per dog (see peak dates below)
• $40 Daycare After Boarding fee will be applied on the last day of a reservation for any dog picked up after 10:00am

• Dry Food:
    – Must be packaged individually per meal in disposable packaging. (example: 1 baggie for breakfast & 1 baggie for dinner, for each day of their reservation)
    – Any food not packaged in individual meals will be re-packaged, and a re-packaging fee of $2.00/meal will be applied.
• Wet Food:
    – Can remain in original packaging
    – Complementary can lids provided to ensure proper refrigeration
    – Please note that specialty diet fees will be applied (see below)
• Two days’ worth of extra meals will be accepted for those who anticipate potential delays in their departure date.
• All additional food will be discarded or donated.
• NO PERSONAL BELONGINGS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

• ALL MEDICATIONS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING THAT STATES WHAT THE MEDICATION IS AND DOSAGES.
• DO NOT put medications in with food or in Ziploc bags.
• Medication in with food will be separated out and a re-packaging fee of $2.00/meal will be applied
• Medication administration fee ranges from $3.00/day to $7.00/day
• Fee is based on the number of medications, type of medications, and your dog’s willingness/cooperation in taking their medications.

A flat fee of $4/day will be applied for medication administration.

• Includes anything other than dry dog food (dry dog food includes freeze dried).
• Fees range from $3.00/day to $7.00/day, depending on what the food is exactly

A flat fee of $4/day will be applied for any diets other than dry food.

DO NOT PANIC! THIS CHARGE WILL ONLY BE APPLIED WHEN ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:
• There are no other boarding reservations scheduled for that night, and thus no staff scheduled
AND
• Owner either:
    – Does not pick up their dog from daycare/boarding without contacting us at least 2 hours prior to closing,
OR
    – Requests boarding with less than 2 hours’ notice from closing

Please be advised: on nights when there is only one, or two dogs scheduled to stay the night the owner or manager of the company will take our overnight guests home with them. If we are able to avoid a zero-notice boarding fee by having your dog stay in the home of our owners or manager, we will default to that policy when possible.
